The office staff is always so friendly on the phone and in person. Scheduling is so easy. Even when I've been late to my appointment, they are never rude and they are always so kind to my children. The waiting room is fun, they let me go back with my little one, they are patient and kind to them during the exam, they have tvs for the kids to watch while they work. They keep my kids at ease the whole time, then give them tokens so they can get a prize, which my kids love. And Dr Charlotte- such a wonderful, compassionate, clinically competent dentist. We love Dr Charlotte!! And we love Martin Kids!!
The absolutely kindest, most fabulous staff out there!! The clinical side knows just how to make the patient feel comfortable and at ease, and the office staff is on top of things and stays familiar with the parents...a true family atmosphere!! Love them!!
Words cannot express how happy we have been with this office. My two children (6 and 3) love going to the dentist now.
I am blown away by the care I am receiving from Dr. Martin and staff. Even as an adult, I choose to use this office for my Ortho care. Dr. Martin have provided and continue to provide optimal care through my entire treatment plan. No matter how large or small my needs are his staff remains helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and are always smiling. Valerie is amazing!! Love the team and love that we always get in, in a timely manner. The ladies at the front desk are the best. Everyone is very nice and polite. I haven't found one thing that I don't like yet except they are about 1 hour away. But the drive is not that bad and worth the time. They are very patient with both of my children, especially my daughter who was very scared her first visit. Highly recommend them!
